Shipping & Handling

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the order id and tracking information.

Your tracking information is sent to the email you entered when placing your order. Your order number is also sent to the email you used when placing an order.

Although your package shows as delivered it may take an additional 3 days to actually arrive. Please check in your mailbox, and if you live in an apartment, check with the front office/ Leasing office. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping service as you may need to schedule a re-delivery or pick the package up from their location. Please understand that we will assist you in recovering your package but once packages are placed in the hands of the postal service our access to information is very limited.

HydroMATE is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages that have not been delivered. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the post office. Once you receive a response to your claim, we will be able to address the issue.

HydroMATE FAQ’s

HydroMATE uses the highest quality BPA-Free plastic.

The 32oz bottles are dishwasher safe. We do not recommend putting the half gallon or gallon bottles in the dishwasher.

We do not recommend freezing your HydroMATE. Most plastics become brittle when exposed to cold temperatures. However, the wide mouth opening makes it very easy to add ice.

For normal cleaning we recommend filling the bottle with warm water and soap and letting the bottle soak for 30 minutes.
