Shipping Handling Return Policies

If you want to cancel the order for a refund, you must contact us before the order is fulfilled and dispatched. E-commerce businesses like ours run an automated system. Once orders are placed, the changes we can make are extremely limited. 

Our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. This means that we may not be able to cancel your order after a certain amount of time has passed.

Please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange your cancellation. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and for sanitary purposes we do not offer returns or exchanges for water bottles and bottle accessories. I hope you can understand this policy for your protection and the protection of others.

Our goal is to get your order shipped quickly. Under standard conditions, we ship orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number.  

Standard Rate Shipping: 4 – 6 Business Days (The actual shipping time depends on the order’s final destination & shipping couriers)

Express Rate Shipping: 2 – 4 Business Days (The actual shipping time depends on the order’s final destination & shipping couriers)

Please Note: HydroMATE contracts with UPS and USPS to ship orders. Due to COVID-19 and unprecedented demand, your delivery may take longer than expected to arrive. UPS and USPS are responsible for handling and delivering your order. Once the courier picks up the order from our warehouse, we have no control over delivery time. For specific questions regarding delays caused by UPS and USPS we ask that you contact the shipping courier directly.
